The only way I found to successfully block it is by disabling my ethernet adapter and then running the installer and watching it fail to pull any malware from the net. Well I looked all over on this, and there absolutely is no way to decline these bundled malware installs. Went to install it and was hit by a blip in the installer when it obviously pulled malware bundles from an online server in the installation, the kind where it normally asks you to accept or decline the software. I purchased a copy of PowerISO 7 months ago and have the installer kept on my HDD for whenever I need it.
